On the day of your appointment, please keep your schedule open an hour before your scheduled time.
We will text or call you, if the appointment before yours took less time to finish or was cancelled.
All appointment times are estimated time frames.
Due to difficulties during previous appointments and/or traffic, our arrival time may vary, we will keep you updated if any situation were to arise.
If you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can fill your spot.
Failure to call 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of $35.00 which must be paid prior to your next appointment.
If the groomer has arrived at your house and your pet is not available at the scheduled time you will be asked to pay the traveling fee of $35.00 on the spot, and you will have to call back to get a new appointment for your pet.
Trips outside of our service area will incur additional charges. Please contact us for further details.
If we have to cancel your appointment due to weather conditions, sickness or an emergency, every effort will be made to contact you in advance.
We strive to keep a sanitary environment for all our fuzzy friends. In the event your pet has fleas or ticks, there will be a $15.00 fee applied to your bill for flea and tick treatment, removal and grooming area clean up to avoid a potential spread to other pets.
Your pet is important to us. Because we care about your pet’s safety and well-being, we want to assure you that every effort will be made to make your pet’s visit as pleasant as possible. Safety comes first for everyone during the grooming process, people as well as pets. You must inform us prior to grooming if your pet has bitten someone or has aggressive tendencies. The grooming process might be stopped if we feel your pet’s behavior is compromising their safety or ours. We will charge for the amount of the groom that has been accomplished or $35.00, whichever is greater.
For matted pets, if we don't believe we can remove the mats in a reasonable amount of time or if we feel your pet will be in pain, we will not try to do so. Instead the mats will be shaved or cut off, whichever is the safest way possible. If your pet is severely tangled or matted, it is at greater risk of injury, stress and trauma. All precautions will be taken. However, problems occasionally arise, during or after grooming, such as nicks, clipper irritation and mental or physical stress. Also, pets with large eyes are at a greater risk of potentially getting an eye injury while de-matting the head and face area. In the best interest of your pet, we request your permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment at the owner's expense should it become necessary.

Our groomer will be contacting you via text or call 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to let you know we are about done with our previous customer and getting ready for you...*IF YOU LIVE IN A GATED COMMUNITY, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE THE RIGHT CODE TO ENTER, (Sometimes the communication systems don't work and the groomer could be stuck outside)
Our groomer will call or text to keep you up to date in case of bad traffic or any emergency he may encounter on the way to your house. We encourage good communication when it comes to your schedule in order to avoid cancelled appointments and additional charges.
